Police in the Columbus suburb of Reynoldsburg say a man brought a 15-year-old South Carolina girl to his apartment in June and had her sign a contract to be his sex slave.
The man is 42-year-old Donald Cosstephens. He has been arrested and charged with 112 felony counts, including pandering obscenity involving a minor, pandering obscenity, illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Police say a search warrant for Cosstephens' apartment says he made the girl perform acts on herself that were mildly painful, but would not leave any permanent marks or cause excessive bloodletting.
His former girlfriend, 46-year-old Janice Stanton, is charged with four counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Police say she also had a master/slave contract with Cosstephens.
