Four teachers at Amanda-Clearcreek will be laid off in April but could return of voters pass a levy in May.

By contract, teachers must be informed by April 15 if they will not be back the following year, which is why notice will be received before the election.

Pay-to-play fees will go to $500 for sports and $150 for clubs if the levy fails

Music, art and physical education classes would be eliminated for elementary students.

The type of levy to be placed on the ballot has not been decided.
