Delaware City Facing Job Cuts

The city of Delaware is facing possible job cuts because of a deficit projected at nearly $2 million.
Wages could be frozen for 78 non-union employees and six full-time positions, including two policemen and a firefighter, could be cut.
The city will have a budget hearing December 15th.
