A Delaware County man charged with killing his wife has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.

40-year-old Daniel Fry of Ostrander had his bond set at $750,000.

Fry was arrested on October 24th after sheriff's deputies found his wife's body in their home after being shot multiple times.

A trial date has been set for January and Fry has been ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation.
