A western Licking County village has issued another boil alert. Officials in Alexandria say a boil alert is in effect for Granville Street and Raccoon Valley road.

Due to main water line work, water service may need to be shut off temporarily.

If water is actually interrupted and once water service has been restored, the village is asking that residents boil all water that may be consumed.

Normal water usage may continue for all other uses.
