Officials in Guernsey County are trying to determine how a recently arrested inmate died Monday.

44-year-old Larry Johnson of Loudonville was arrested on misdemeanor charges by Cambridge Police early Monday morning and died after 11am.

Officers found Johnson unresponsive and he was sent to Southwestern Med and the Coroner was called.

An autopsy was conducted in Licking County and the coroner is awaiting toxicology reports to determine the cause of death.
