Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien will present evidence from state investigators to the Fairfield County grand jury regarding the death of Misti Shook, who was shot by a Lancaster police officer in November.

Police reports say Shook lunged at the officer with a knife and she was shot three times in her Garfield Avenue home.

O’Brien was appointed as special prosecutor in the case and will share his findings with the grand jury in three to four weeks.
