Johnstown Restaurant Owner Indicted on Federal Charges

A Johnstown restaurant owner and two others from Central Ohio were indicted on conspiracy charges after a raid by federal agents.
Agents searching the Clover Valley Road home of 34-year-old Jared Blinsky, co-owner of Route 62 Barbecue, found over 150 marijuana plants and six firearms.
In the Columbus home of 35-year-old Michael Marinelli, authorities say over 60 marijuana plants, cash were found in addition to another 60 plants, handgun and money found at the New Albany home of 26-year-old Jacob Redman.
The indictment and search warrants were the end result of a 21 month investigation between the Drug Enforcement Administration, state agencies and sheriff departments from Licking, Delaware and Franklin counties.
The men are due back in federal court July 2nd and face up to 40 years in prison.
