Officials say the death of the Ohio University student at this past weekend’s Community Festival was an accident.

18 year-old, Bryan Barbin, was taken to Grant Medical Center, on Saturday, after being stabbed.

He died shortly after midnight.

Police questioned and detained the teen with Barbin, but let him go without pressing charges.
