The Martinsburg man charged with killing his two passengers in crash on March 28th has had his trial delayed.
Officials say 20-year-old Corey Morrison has submitted a motion to suppress in Knox County Common Pleas Court.
Morrison was indicted in April for allegedly causing the deaths of Ryan Lambert and Thomas Johnson on Weaver Road in Knox County.
The State Highway Patrol alleges Morrison caused the deaths as the proximate result of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Morrison is alleged to have a blood alcohol level of .154.
Morrison is now expected to stand trial on September 15.
